Multi cyclone booth powder coating spray booth system consists of spray chamber, multicyclone, filter recovery stage, fan motor, whose multi cyclone design maximizes efficiency during color change, minimal powder waste in process at all times due to highest transfer efficiency and air cleaning system, it is ideal for big and continuous powder coating production. Compact structure, multi-cyclone can meet smaller and lower factory size.

Powder recovery system
9 units of small cyclone, fast for color change, 9 pcs of high precision cartridge filters for superfine powders collecting. Multi cyclone system ensures powder recovery rate up to 98%, saving color changing time and reduces powder waste. The connection between cyclone and filteration is the air tube.
Overhead Tunnel
Designed for automatic conveyor systems achieves continuous, uniform and quality powder coating even. Work parts pass through the booth chamber by conveyor driving, achieves uniform and effective powder coating, improve application quality as well as reduce manpower.
Powder Collector Hopper
A collector hopper beneath the cyclone stage, carrying recycling powders, can be transferred to the powder sieving unit of powder management center, reaching for continuous powder feeding.
